As we continue to grow across Denmark and the North region, we're looking for an experienced Senior Regional HR Specialist to join our team and support both operational and strategic people topics. In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders, employees, Payroll, and regional People teams to ensure a great employee experience, strong HR foundations, and high-quality people support. You'll have broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, while also driving projects, improvements, and initiatives that help us scale effectively. What you’ll be doing As a Senior Regional HR Specialist, you'll combine hands-on HR operations with business partnering and project work. You'll work closely with managers and stakeholders across the business, helping them navigate people topics while continuously improving how we work. Day-to-day in this role you'll: Partner with managers on a broad range of people matters, including employee relations, performance, organizational changes, and leadership support.
