In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders, employees, Payroll, and regional People teams to ensure a great employee experience, strong HR foundations, and high-quality people support. You'll have broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, while also driving projects, improvements, and initiatives that help us scale effectively. What you’ll be doing As a Senior Regional HR Specialist, you'll combine hands-on HR operations with business partnering and project work. You'll work closely with managers and stakeholders across the business, helping them navigate people topics while continuously improving how we work. Day-to-day in this role you'll: Partner with managers on a broad range of people matters, including employee relations, performance, organizational changes, and leadership support.
