Must Have

5+ years of progressive leadership in regional physical security, Proven experience managing complex, multi-site operations and supply chain security in regulated environments, Demonstrated success in managing third-party security contracts and budgets with commercial acumen, Demonstrated ability to influence at senior levels and lead regional, remote teams

Nice to Have

Experience in investigations, anti-counterfeit, crisis management, policy development, and external stakeholder engagement desirable, Degree in Security, Risk, Business, or related field preferred, Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CEM strongly preferred
