What You'll Achieve.
Enhancing the capability, productivity, and performance of ZainTECH’s regional sales and presales teams; Equipping teams with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to successfully engage customers, articulate ZainTECH’s value propositions, and achieve consistent sales results; Ensuring effective execution of learning initiatives, continuous content updates, and structured performance insights for leadership

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or commercial capability development — ideally within technology, ICT, or digital solutions environments., understanding of sales processes, enterprise buyer journeys, and B2B sales methodologies., Experience delivering training workshops, onboarding programs, and capabilitybuilding sessions., Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement tools., Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills., organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously., Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, GTM)., Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, performance tracking, and learning metrics.
What You'll Do.
Delivering onboarding
and enablement programs
Delivering onboarding sessions for new sales and presales employees
Training new joiners on sales processes and CRM usage (Salesforce)
ZainTECH’s full product and services portfolio
and Proposal templates
Tracking onboarding completion and reporting progress to Sales Operations leadership
Coordinating with Business Units
and Go-to-Market teams to deliver product and solution enablement sessions
Maintaining updated presentations
and customer-facing sales materials
Ensuring standardized and approved materials are available across all BUs (Cloud
Modern Infrastructure)
and delivering ongoing training sessions on sales methodologies
and other core capabilities
Collecting and analyzing post-training feedback and recommend enhancements to the Enablement Manager
Maintaining a centralized and organized sales content repository (OneDrive / SharePoint / Enablement Portal)
and retiring outdated content in coordination with Marketing and GTM teams
Tagging and categorizing materials by BU
and customer segment for easy access
Tracking participation
and satisfaction scores for enablement programs
Identifying individuals or teams needing additional coaching and recommending targeted support
Preparing monthly enablement activity reports and adoption dashboards for leadership
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, GTM); Coordinate with Business Units, Product Management, and Go-to-Market teams; Coordinate with Marketing and GTM teams

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
