5+ years experience in S&OP, Bachelor's degree, Experience in demand and supply planning, Experience in inventory management, Experience in financial alignment, Hands-on experience managing S&OP/S&OE cycles, Driving consensus planning across cross-functional teams, Solid knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning, Solid knowledge of Inventory Management, Solid knowledge of Merchandising, Solid knowledge of S&OP processes, Understanding of key KPIs, Proficiency in ERP systems, Advanced data analysis skills
Nice to Have
Portuguese proficiency is a plus, Familiarity with planning methodologies, Familiarity with retail/e-commerce environments
