Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years’ relevant or equivalent combination of education and experience, Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a position of leadership to include team development and management, Must understand the dynamics of the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, Must have a solid understanding of customer focused and fact based selling, including IRI, Neilsen and Perishable Group data, Understanding of product cuttings – comfort and knowledge of product attributes, critical thinking and problem solving skills, High level of written and verbal communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability, Knowledge and experience with Apple software, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Must possess a valid driver’s license, Willing and able to travel at least 50%, Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment, Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building working relationships and a positive work environment

Achieve assigned regional sales goals

Achieve sales targets with sales chain members

Develop new customers

Maintain and grow existing customers

Introduce and place new products

Execute organizational initiatives

Drive sales of key items

Collaborate with broker partners

Drive consumer packaged goods execution

Drive new item placement

Increase distribution of product lines

Manage broker relationships

Train broker representatives

Monitor sales activities of brokers

Assist with sales proposal developments

Assist with sales presentations

Assist with sales calls

Provide sales training to brokers

Drive company initiatives in store

Meet directly with customers

Maintain and increase sales

Develop formal presentations

Demonstrate product use

Determine and drive execution of key programs

Implement and execute sales plans

Customize plans to regional cultures

Assist sales and brokers with promotions

Utilize syndicated data

Maintain coordination with company functions
