## Accountabilities Develop and grow relationships with OEM customers in the commercial vehicle segment, including buses, trucks, tippers, and related mobility categories Drive business development activities to expand the customer base and introduce new products in the assigned region Manage and coordinate OEM-related projects in collaboration with internal teams including technology, operations, and supply chain Ensure successful implementation and market introduction of new product developments and solutions Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across OEM organizations Deliver regional revenue and EBITDA targets in alignment with business objectives Support product approvals and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and programs Translate customer needs into actionable product and business solutions in coordination with technical teams Lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority to ensure timely execution of projects Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities Requirements: 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical-commercial roles within the coatings, automotive, or mobility industry Degree in Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, or related discipline; MBA in Marketing is preferred Strong understanding of paint/coatings industry and application processes within commercial vehicle or OEM environments Proven track record of managing OEM customers and delivering revenue and profitability targets Strong ability to build and influence senior-level customer relationships across organizations Experience working in multicultural and global business environments is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Sa
