What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Sales experience (min 5 years) power generation business or relevant industry, Proven experience in technical sales within power generation, energy systems, or related industries, understanding of generator systems, diesel and/or gas engines, or mission-critical power solutions, Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders, Experience collaborating with engineering or application teams in solution-based selling
Nice to Have
Experience working across multiple APAC markets is preferred

Achieve sales targets
Drive business development activities
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
Work closely with application engineering teams
Support the preparation of technical proposals
Conduct market analysis
Prepare strategic market decisions
Contribute to regional sales strategy
Provide accurate regular sales forecasts
Stay updated on industry trends
Attend promotional campaigns
As an account manager for assigned regional tenders
