The Position You’ll be joining a highly successful regional team in a newly created Regional Sales Manager role dedicated to develop Enterprise grade business across critical infrastructure protection, making it an exciting opportunity for a hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset to support OPSWAT expansion in Italy South large enterprise market. You will own all aspects of bookings growth in the territory. You’ll be responsible for building and expanding a territory — identifying opportunities, creating pipeline, and landing new logos — while collaborating closely with Sales Engineers, SDRs, and OPSWAT channel ecosystem. This is a role for someone who thrives on building, not just running, a business. Entrepreneurial mindset with the tenacity, resilience, and ownership needed to grow a territory. Highly driven, goal-oriented, and coachable. The Regional Sales Manager is a significant driver of company revenue and growth. Your responsibilities will include: learning the OPSWAT technology; developing and implementation of a strategic account plans targeting deployments of our Cybersecurity platforms and solutions. You will build the right relationships inside a target account, know how to leverage your company resources to the fullest, and negotiate and close new business. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience as a member of a corporate sales team and a career track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sale
