The Position You’ll be joining a highly successful regional team in a newly created Regional Sales Manager role dedicated to develop a region with significant growth potential, making it an exciting opportunity for a hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset to support OPSWAT expansion in North Italy. You will own all aspects of bookings growth in the territory. You’ll be responsible for building and expanding a territory — identifying opportunities, creating pipeline, and landing new logos — while collaborating closely with Sales Engineers, SDRs, and OPSWAT channel ecosystem. This is a role for someone who thrives on building, not just running, a business. Entrepreneurial mindset with the tenacity, resilience, and ownership needed to grow a territory. The Regional Sales Manager is a significant driver of company revenue and growth. Your responsibilities will include: learning the OPSWAT technology; developing and implementation of a strategic account plans targeting deployments of our Cybersecurity platforms and solutions. You will build the right relationships inside a target account, know how to leverage your company resources to the fullest, and negotiate and close new business. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience as a member of a corporate sales team and a career track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas.
