What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4 years’ experience in Sales required, Residency within this territory is mandatory

Nice to Have

BS in Business Admin or other applicable degree preferred, preference for candidates based in Chicago, IL

What You'll Do.

Manage and generate profitable sales

Create and execute strategic sales plans

Maintain and expand regional customer base

Drive regional sales growth

Structure sales territories

Coordinate business review of direct reports

Coordinate product training for region

Conduct performance appraisals

Provide performance feedback

Provide development opportunities

Ensure proper training on CFS and CRM

Identify field employee needs

Maintain relationships with customers

Conduct ride-alongs with direct reports

Maintain and monitor budget

Forecast product categories

Present at quarterly business review

Conduct business review meetings

Conduct competitive analysis

Provide input for promotions

Create sales promotions

Manage sales promotions

Recommend product additions

Recommend product deletions

Recommend product improvements

Maintain individual CRM usage

Monitor direct reports CRM usage

Approve direct reports expense reporting

Monitor direct reports car stock

Communicate with internal departments

Monitor department expenses

Provide update and graded KPIs

Submit personal travel expenses
