At Jonsson Workwear, we proudly provide the high-performance workwear that equips our nation’s hardest workers for peak performance. Along with our wide range of reliable and durable workwear, we provide exceptional service to our customers and the partners who distribute our workwear across the country. Our Sales Advisors play a critical role in bringing the Jonsson Workwear experience to life in their regions. To support, guide and elevate this team, we are looking for an experienced, driven and people-focused Regional Sales Leader to lead our Sales Advisors across Gauteng and surrounding areas, based in Johannesburg. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about people, obsessed with customer experience, and committed to building strong, high-performing relationships — both internally and externally. As a Regional Sales Leader, you will be accountable for enabling your team to perform at their best, while ensuring our partners consistently uphold the Jonsson Workwear brand and standards in the markets they serve. The individual best suited to this role will be required to: Lead, coach and support a team of Sales Advisors, providing clear direction, guidance and development to ensure consistent performance across the region. Uphold and champion the Jonsson Workwear brand by ensuring distributors and partners deliver a brilliant and consistent customer experience at every touchpoint. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, distributors and internal stakeholders. Drive sustainable business growth by identifying opportunities within the region, supporting key accounts and enabling new customer acquisition through your team. Provide structure, clarity and accountability across the region, ensuring plans, targets and reporting are accurate, relevant and action-oriented. Lead from the front — spending time in the field with your team, understanding regional needs, and remaining closely connected to customers and partners. Fo
