What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of relevant waste or industry experience, 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role, Valid Driver's License
Nice to Have
Proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the Environmental Field, Technical expertise with an extensive understanding of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Presentation skills, Ability to produce high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced work environment, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Responsible for new sales and existing accounts retention
Introduce and facilitate delivery of service offerings
Discover and facilitate opportunities to expand service offerings
Build and maintain a successful sales funnel
Seek opportunities with prospect accounts
Ensure revenue expansion with existing accounts
Create and communicate account plans
Maintain revenue relationships with existing accounts
Schedules and documents all activities
Develops robust information profiles
Develops and maintains awareness of market behavior
Maintains thorough knowledge of Company's services
Offers additional services to clients
Completes required Customer Service Agreements
Completes reports and other paperwork
