Class 1 (AZ) Driver’s License, 5+ years Transportation industry experience, Experience with driving tractor-trailer trucks, Extensive working knowledge of Transport Canada/DOT, Extensive working knowledge of safety/industry organization standards, Demonstrated leadership capabilities, Capacity to change organizational culture, Product line knowledge of industrial gas equipment, Excellent written communications, Excellent verbal communications, Ability to learn Google applications, Interpersonal communication skills, Active listening skills, Persuasion skills, Negotiation skills, Ability to tailor communication styles

Attend safety training classes
Participate in safety meeting presentations
Present topics in safety meeting presentations
Comply with Transport Canada/DOT regulations
Report accidents immediately
Report injuries immediately
Report safety issues immediately
Report driving citations immediately
Report customer complaints immediately
Report service interruptions immediately
Support defensive driving programs
Support defensive driving policies
Support Potential Delivery Risk Site (PDRS) program
Support Transport Canada/DOT Compliance Specialist
Conduct monthly HSE Self Inspection
Assist in corrective measures
Actively participate in monthly Sequential Safety Meetings
Comply with Facility policies
Comply with corporate policies
Maintain awareness of Federal regulations
Maintain awareness of State regulations
Maintain awareness of Local regulations
Maintain awareness of FDA regulations
Stay in compliance with regulations
Report suspected Regulatory violations
Report suspected Regulatory offenses
Assist operations personnel
Develop action items based on HSE Exceptions

Monitor closure of exceptions
Assist with vehicle accident investigations
Assist with injury investigations
Provide support to identify root causes

Evaluate driver trainee

Provide feedback on new hire performance
