support nationwide operations while being able to run SHE excellence virtually, partner with location leadership to foster a caring safety culture that values and respects the well-being of each team member in the fulfillment center, set a strategic direction that reinforces the importance of Safety and Health for ShipBob, manage the overall Safety and Health programs, including development and implementation of policies, practices, and training, work with site management teams to integrate Safety and Health performance and compliance into facility operations, develop opportunities to provide strategic and competitive advantage through cross-functional interaction, spearhead continuous improvement, safety policies, and procedures, run fulfilment center safety meetings and functional training while assuring comprehensive operational compliance
