Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience, 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, 5+ years of refrigeration industry experience, Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
Nice to Have
2+ years of commercial CO2 refrigeration applications experience, Experience with Six Sigma tools, Experience with Lean techniques, Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audience, Refrigeration Trade School certificate, Experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs for commercial refrigeration systems

About the Role: As the Regional Refrigeration Specialist, you will serve as the technical expert and regional leader for commercial CO2 refrigeration systems across Amazon's expanding North American market. You will drive standardization, reliability improvements, and technical excellence across multiple facilities while ensuring optimal performance and compliance with food safety standards. You will be instrumental in leading Amazon RME towards World Class Maintenance in refrigeration operations. What Do We Offer?
