What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Sales & Marketing, Proven experience in student recruitment, Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, Fluency in English, Experience studying, working, or traveling abroad, Entrepreneurial mindset, organizational skills, detail-oriented, Flexible and capable of handling stress and change, Ability to align recruitment strategies with the organization’s mission and stakeholder needs, Willingness to travel as required, Legally eligible to work and travel in your designated region
Nice to Have
knowledge of secondary and tertiary educational systems, exposure to the hospitality sector, knowledge of other languages (ie: French) relevant to your assigned regions
What You'll Do.
Identify and develop key regional markets
Oversee and update customer relationship management system
Promote the university to potential students
Provide accurate and enthusiastic responses to inquiries
Organize and manage recruitment events
Lead and manage a team of recruitment advisors
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate assessments
Engage with professional and governmental organizations
Develop relationships with local Alumni chapters
Participate in regional and national conferences
Manage and adhere to the recruitment budget
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities

This role will focus on developing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract talented students in designated regions, proudly representing the university's brand and driving enrolments for the leading hospitality management school. Key Responsibilities: * Market Development: Identify and develop key regional markets to increase submitted applications and improve enrollment rates. * CRM Management: Oversee and update the school’s customer relationship management system, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting while following up on sales-qualified leads to enhance conversion rates. * Promotion and Outreach: Actively promote the university to potential students, significantly increasing the number of applicants for the Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management program at the Lausanne and Singapore campuses. * Inquiry Response: Provide accurate and enthusiastic responses to inquiries about the university’s academic programs and admissions criteria, both in-person and through online/digital recruitment channels. * Event Coordination: Organize and manage both online and in-person recruitment events, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the institution. * Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of recruitment advisors and/or interns as assigned by Recruitment Director, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure effective executio
