What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or Sales & Marketing, Proven experience in student recruitment, Legally eligible to work and travel in designated region
Nice to Have
Knowledge of secondary and tertiary educational systems, Exposure to hospitality sector, Fluency in English, Knowledge of other languages relevant to assigned regions, Experience studying, working, or traveling abroad, Entrepreneurial mindset, Organizational skills, Ability to align recruitment strategies with organization's mission and stakeholder needs, Willingness to travel as required

Identify and develop key regional markets
Increase submitted applications
Improve enrollment rates
Oversee and update customer relationship management system
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting
Follow up on sales-qualified leads
Enhance conversion rates
Promote university to potential students
Increase number of applicants
Provide accurate and enthusiastic responses to inquiries
Organize and manage recruitment events
Lead and manage team of recruitment advisors
Provide guidance and support to team
Conduct performance evaluations
Evaluate candidate assessments
Engage with professional and governmental organizations
Develop relationships with local Alumni chapters
Collaborate to organize yield events
Participate in regional and national conferences
Advise Admissions Manager and Director
Manage recruitment budget
Adhere to recruitment budget
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities
Prepare reports on outcomes
