What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience, 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience, 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
Nice to Have
Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma experience, Operations engineer tools experience
What You'll Do.
Develop parts cage quality standards
Track vendor defect rates
Build standard work processes for parts quality management
Create risk-based forecasting tools
Help site maintenance leaders prioritize work
Partner with central reliability and RAPA teams to
Define RME standard work procedures for maintenance quality
Define RME standard work procedures for timing
Define RME standard work procedures for structure
Conduct regular field audits
Analyze performance against best practices
Lead network-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives
Validate new company-wide Program Management (PM) processes
