What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or related field, Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control, At least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple sites or regions, Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 17025, ISO 9001, or Integrated Management Systems), Proven experience in leading quality teams, Proven experience in managing audits, Ability to analyze complex data, Ability to drive decision-making, Willingness to travel across the region
What You'll Do.
Lead regional laboratory and quality control governance
Govern laboratory operations
Ensure laboratory governance supports operational stability
and governance of ISO 17025
Ensure full compliance with ISO 17025 requirements
Govern laboratory documentation
and controlled testing procedures
and timely laboratory testing and
Govern sample handling
Ensure laboratory operations support production continuity and operational
Govern laboratory testing prioritization and service responsiveness
Govern laboratory competence frameworks and technical qualification requirements
Ensure laboratory personnel competence
authorization discipline
Govern laboratory equipment calibration
Ensure laboratory data integrity
Lead method validation and measurement uncertainty governance activities
Ensure laboratory and QC activities support approved product
Coordinate with Operations
Support RCA and CAPA investigations related to product
Support IMS audit rhythm and laboratory audit readiness
Ensure laboratory compliance with legal
Monitor laboratory process compliance through structured audit and
Partner with QHSE and Transformation & Continuous Improvement
Ensure disciplined adoption of approved laboratory transformation initiatives
Support laboratory digitalization
and reporting systems
Support laboratory digitalization and laboratory information management systems
Lead and develop regional laboratory teams and country
Promote a culture of testing discipline
Build laboratory capability
and succession readiness
Govern laboratory operating rhythm and laboratory review cadence
Govern laboratory equipment suitability
and lifecycle support
