ContiTech also serves the automotive and transport industries as well as rail transport. * Negotiation of contracts and implementation and communication for one or multiple plants in the region * Creation of savings, potential, synergies * Driving improvement processes * Securing delivery quantities * Supplier communication * Internal and external correspondence for the area of responsibility, close communication with SCM, SD, R&D and Quality Department * Supporting group-wide communication of market-relevant information * Supporting global lead buyers with background information (trends) ## Qualifications Minimum of 2 years Buying / Purchasing experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment Completing a range of tasks with different degrees of difficulty within agreed timescales. Organising and prioritise a varied workload with minimum amount of supervision.
