What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–7 years experience in vendor management, education, operations, or enablement, Proven ability to drive performance through structured education programs across multiple markets, Hands-on experience developing, localizing, and delivering training content, Experience tracking adoption, completion, and performance metrics, Experience working with multiple countries or markets, Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at local and regional level, Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, Experience in project management
Nice to Have
Experience with Product, AI COE, and local teams, Analytical skills, Communication and influencing skills, Translate operational and performance data into actionable insights
What You'll Do.
Co-develop and localize vendor education content
Support rollout of global Vendor Education initiatives
Adapt frameworks and programs to local contexts
Apply vendor segmentation frameworks
Target right cohorts with education interventions
Drive vendor engagement and training adoption
Monitor and analyze performance of education initiatives
Provide insights to improve content effectiveness
Act as main point of contact for Vendor
Gather feedback from local teams
Address local team needs
Ensure alignment and execution with local teams
Partner with Product and AI COE teams
Ensure education content reflects product updates
Embed education into operational workflows
Collect structured feedback from markets
Improve delivery methods
Support implementation of scalable processes
Ensure consistent execution and reporting
