What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, Experience as Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, Owner's project management representative or in other Commercial Development and Construction related disciplines, Demonstrable experience managing documents in office software

Nice to Have

Experience with design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers, Experience in project control (cost or schedule, or both), Experience formulating construction programmes for infrastructure and mission critical projects, Experience in Salesforce, BIM, Procore, SharePoint, Experience working with collaborative management systems

Manage completion of quality assurance and quality control

Support progress of design drawings

Ensure regulatory and legal compliance

Communicate with external stakeholder design consultants

Deep dive documentation for completeness

Update and create procedures to optimize workflows

Look for improvement opportunities

Manage intake of new capacity projects

Drive SLA compliance for review of vendor documentation

Promote documentation quality

Update stakeholders with progress of documentation processing

Manage simultaneous projects' engineering drawings

Run workflows engaging stakeholders

Ensure team performed quality review of technical documentation

Ensure engineering quality assurance and quality control reviews

Provide coordination of engineering and architectural specifications

Track submittals for projects

Support tracking completion for documentation at design phases

Support tracking completion during construction hand off

Manage project archiving

processing and filing activities

Assist in naming standard

Set up training initiatives on portfolio management platforms

Prepare ad hoc reports on project’s progress

Prepare reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Prepare reports on progress tracking

Collaborate with technical teams

Edit and raise bar on high-quality technical documentation

Act as Configuration Analyst/System Owner for design engineering

Collate design documents from partner teams

Own a single document package

Lead and drive process improvements

Lead and drive process design / redesign efforts

Manage a portfolio of capacity delivery projects

Maintain and add user accounts

Maintain and add security groups

Maintain and add permission access levels

Support tracking completion for key data centers’ life-cycle

Support tracking completion for kingpin goals

Support initiative / strategy paper preparation

Collect data for regional QBR

Prepare and edit QBR document

Attend key stakeholder team meetings

Take minutes at meetings

Communicate updates or requirements from meetings

Conduct audits to ensure processes are being followed

Review technical drawings and specifications for accuracy

Review technical drawings and specifications for regulatory compliance

Coordinate with Design Engineering

Resolve documentation gaps

Update stakeholders on project progress

Dive deep into process workflows

Identify optimization opportunities

Mentor internal and external partners on portfolio management

Conduct audits to ensure consistent adherence to established
