The Challenge As part of Tier 2 People Operations, you will own the resolution of complex, region-specific People matters, acting as a critical bridge between Tier 1 support and strategic partners (HRBPs, Legal, Country Partners). You will ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable execution of employee lifecycle processes while enhancing service delivery and operational excellence across regions. Your Mission Escalation Management & Regional Operations Serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex and sensitive People Operations matters, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality resolution Manage regionally specific employee lifecycle processes, applying appropriate local context while maintaining global standards Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and effective execution of People initiatives Performance Management & Risk Mitigation Support the operational execution of performance management and employee relations processes, including performance improvement actions and organizational changes Partner with HRBPs, Legal, and regional stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to local labor laws and company
