We're looking for a Regional Payroll Manager to join our team in Prague, Czech. About the role As the Regional Payroll Manager, you will lead our payroll operations across multiple countries. You will be a hands-on leader with a strong technical background, a passion for process improvement, and a proven ability to manage complex payroll environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our payroll processes while managing a team of payroll advisors, overseeing key vendor relationships, and driving strategic automation projects. Main tasks and responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of payroll advisors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement; manage daily team activities, workloads, and timely and accurate payroll cycles. Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for multiple countries within the region, providing guidance to the team on payroll inputs, validations, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure full compliance with all local, regional, and national payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external payroll audits. Identify, design, and lead automation projects aimed at enhancing payroll efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, including leveraging existing systems and exploring new technologies. Manage the relationship with our third-party payroll outsourcing vendors, including monitoring service levels, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a high standard
