We’re looking for a Regional Payroll Advisor to join our team in Prague, Czech. About the role As a Regional Payroll Advisor, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll for multiple countries. You have to be a detail-oriented individual with a structured mindset who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Main tasks and responsibilities: Execute full-cycle payroll processing for a designated region, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws. Accurately input and maintain employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits deductions. Perform regular payroll reconciliations to verify data integrity and resolve any discrepancies. Assist in year-end processes, audits, and ensure all payroll procedures adhere to company policies and legal requirements. Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Utilise payroll platforms like Workday or SAP to process and manage payroll data efficiently. About you: You have experience in payroll in a global or multi-national environment. You have high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, including vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas. You have prior experience with a major payroll platform such as Workday or SAP. You have meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You have a strong desire to learn and ada
