Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, education, or a related field., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., organizational skills and attention to detail., Self-motivated with a desire to succeed and achieve targets., Ability to work independently and as part of a team., Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM software (Salesforce) and sales outreach tools such as Outreach., Passion for education and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students and teachers.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education is desired.
What You'll Do.
Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to prospective schools to introduce Seesaw Learning’s products and services.
Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities for product demonstrations and sales.
Manage a full sales cycle from open to close: prospecting
and creating a territory plan.
Use a multi-threaded approach to prospecting including phone calls
leveraging sales tools and systems
Build and maintain relationships with school leaders
and other key stakeholders.
Schedule and conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
Stay informed about industry trends
and market conditions.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Manager, Sales Team, and Marketing team to jointly develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving international school sales.; Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and opportunities.; Work closely with RPM’s (Regional Partnership Managers) and CSM’s (Customer Success Managers) so accounts and territories are managed efficiently and cohesively.
