What You'll Do.
Build and maintain relationships with partners
Develop and execute partner strategies
Implement National Partner and CSP strategies regionally
Lead enablement activities for Southeast partners
Collaborate with national partner managers
Educate Wiz sellers on partner go-to-market strategies
Develop and execute business plans with focus partners
Facilitate account mapping between partner and Wiz sales
Maintain leadership cadence between Wiz and partner sales
Communicate partner strategies in weekly Wiz meetings
Oversee cloud strategies for partners
Maintain account insights
Serve as primary contact for partner conflicts
Provide sales cycle support
Manage escalations and drive conflict resolution
Ensure adherence to Partner Rules of Engagement
Oversee partner application management
Manage reseller agreements
Deliver Wiz's first-meeting pitch
Align with field and partner marketing
Organize partner events
and promotional execution
Oversee ACE deal management
Drive and qualify partner-sourced deal registrations
Support Wiz sellers in managing deals
Ensure seamless partner engagement
Coordinate with sellers and partner operations
Provide partner team forecasting

SUMMARY Wiz is looking for its next Regional Partner Manager (RPM) Rockstar in the Southeast to help expand our reach and empower our sales teams. Reporting to the Channel Director – East Region, you will collaborate with a team of Wizards to build scalable routes to market with the right partners in your region, helping customers solve their cloud security challenges. In this role, you will design, build, and implement a successful channel strategy to drive growth. This role is focused only on candidates located in the Southeast Region (US), preferably in Charlotte, NC.
