What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances in the enterprise SaaS or cloud software industry, Demonstrated experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud or hyperscaler partnership, A builder's track record: you've stood up partner programs and can point to outcomes you drove, demand generation orientation, Commercially sharp with the ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes, Highly collaborative and effective working alongside direct sales teams, Executive presence and relationship-building, Experience working in or alongside hyper-growth or startup environments, Based in Munich, organisational and operational discipline, curious and willing to adopt AI tools

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions, Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or bottoms-up SaaS go-to-market models, Existing relationships with DACH-based VARs, systems integrators, or hyperscaler partner teams, Cross-market EMEA experience

Own and grow Notion's DACH partner ecosystem

Build and execute joint go-to-market programs

Align partner activity to sales team's pipeline

Coordinate joint initiatives
