What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid CDL Class A License, 1 year of verifiable tanker driving experience, At least 23 years of age, Clean MVR and safety record, Able to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check, Late model equipment that meets Altom’s inspection standards
Nice to Have
Tanker Endorsement (N), Hazmat Endorsement (H), TWIC Card
What You'll Do.
Haul chemical and petroleum products
Adhere to DOT regulations
Ensure truck meets inspection standards
Maintain truck in top condition
Follow proper loading procedures
Follow proper unloading procedures
Maintain accurate logs
Submit necessary paperwork
Adhere to Hazmat regulations
Represent Altom Transport professionally
Manage fuel purchases
Meet mileage requirements
Meet hour requirements
Be available 24/7 when needed
