Full Job Description

As the Regional Operations Manager (Corporate) , you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence across a region of GYG restaurants — leading, coaching, and developing a team of Senior Culinary & Operations Coaches and Culinary & Operations Coaches to deliver exceptional food, outstanding guest experiences, and strong commercial results. You will translate state strategy into clear, consistent execution, build high-performing teams, and ensure there is no compromising on food safety, quality, and operational standards. Who you are: * Experienced multi-site leader in QSR, hospitality, or food & beverage - you've lead managers before. * Passionate about delivering culinary excellence and high quality outcomes - you're willing to roll up your sleeves and execute. * A natural coach who builds capability, holds teams accountable, and develops people for future roles. * Commercially sharp - experienced in driving sales, labour and profitability outcomes. * Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills at all levels. * Experience translating strategy into operational execution across multiple locations. * Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. * A true GYG brand advocate who leads by example. * Tech-savvy across Microsoft Office, and quick to adopt GYG systems (Crunchtime, Workday, Tanda, etc.). * Holds a valid Australian driver's licence with ability and willingness to travel intrastate and interstate. * Knowledgeable on compliance: RSA, Food Safety, visa requirements, Awards/EAs, and WHS obligations What's in it for you: We’re incredi
