Eligibility Requirements

Able to travel up to 25% of the time for in person coaching, training, construction site visits, market visits or Corporate meetings, Travel as needed to schedule, coordinate work, and evaluate sites within region, Extended travel in and out of the region could result during emergency response, sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day, complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands, lift and move items up to 15 pounds, see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus, Site visits in a construction environment, Climbing ladders and/or stairs and work at elevations from 10 feet to more than 100 feet, Lifting and positioning ladders, safety equipment and materials in excess of 85 pounds

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 years of experience in managing construction projects, Must be able to read blueprints, have essential math skills

Nice to Have

Project Management experience preferred, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

What You'll Do.

Directs all operations relating to new build

Coordinates contract work for market upgrades

Fulfills and meets branch quality standards

coordinates capital work schedules

Judges the competency of employees and sub-contractors

maintains and implements safe work practices

Conducts pre-construction and on-site evaluations

Sets targets and standards for productivity

regulatory compliance

Corrects unsafe condition and can evaluate and provide solutions

evaluates and implements new technology

policies and procedures

Works closely with branch real estate and operation departments

Revises construction schedules and priorities

Obtains quotes and makes purchases of material and equipment

Provide budget estimates

Review final material selection for capital purchasing

Maintains complete updated and accurate records of fleet of vehicles

Establishes and maintains relationships with independent contractors and vendors / suppliers

Liaison between field and Vice President

Responsible for reviewing the time sheets of the crew

review and approve expense reports

Coordinates with Vice President travel and work schedule

Review and advise inspectors

Special Projects and design applications for safety

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

partnering with multiple departments (i. e. Real Estate, Finance, Operations, etc. ) and levels within the organization to accomplish goals

Process & Methodology

Management of construction projects at all levels including administrative, estimation, supply chain, deployment, and site development, Ability to leverage Project Management tools and knowledge to streamline construction projects and other tasks
