What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, or industrial, 3+ years of leadership/management, Proven experience managing contractors, OEMs, and field, Ability to work in the United States
Nice to Have
knowledge of utility-scale renewable operations (BESS, solar, or similar technologies), Experience with BESS systems, EMS/SCADA platforms, and inverter, Familiarity with ERCOT, CAISO, PJM, or other ISO/RTO, Knowledge of NERC compliance and CIP
