What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of leadership experience in Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management, experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles, Proven project, programme, and people leadership capability
Nice to Have
Ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders at all organisational levels, Comfortable operating within a complex, global matrix environment, Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change initiatives, commercial and operational business acumen, Experience within a cGMP pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment, analytical capability with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution, High levels of accountability, flexibility, and sense of urgency
