Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate professional work experience and/or professional certification, Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an office management or administration leadership experience, Proven experience effectively managing people managers and senior-level professionals, Demonstrated success managing across locations

Nice to Have

office management or administration leadership experience in a legal/professional services environment beneficial, Previous law firm experience strongly preferred

Partner with assigned OMPs to understand culture and

Deliver world-class employee experiences

Participate in strategic and tactical planning for offices

Manage conference services team

Design and execute meetings and special events

Ensure a first-in-class hospitality experience

Oversee management of assigned physical office spaces

Create an environment promoting positive morale

performance excellence

Engage with attorneys

and employees to improve

Build morale and increase productivity and retention

Involve employees and leverage practices from across the

Lead preparation of annual region operating budgets

Account for needs of all offices within the

Forecast future needs

Monitor assigned budgets throughout the year

Identify any issues and address as needed

Lead or partner on short and long-term space

Lead or partner on design and renovation projects

Improve existing space to serve changing needs

Provide focused development opportunities for assigned team members

Build new skills and capabilities

Identify key needs and ongoing feedback

Support future growth of team members

Partner with other administrative departments as communications conduit

Act as local presence in firm-wide initiatives
