As a subject matter expert, you’ll manage capacity, demand and supply for a specific client’s workplace. Driving occupancy plans, sequencing group or individual level moves, and resolving planning issues will be your responsibility. While you recommend and enforce policies and procedures, maximizing space under all scenarios and driving solutions to increase productivity will be your goal. **Key stakeholders management** One of your key responsibilities will be to foster critical relationships with various stakeholders, which will need you to establish crisp and fast communication channels. Planning the projected requirement versus actual need will need your attention, as you assist senior leadership in site-specific planning strategies and guide other members of the occupancy planning team to develop cross-campus portfolio strategies. **Monitoring and reporting** You’ll also be accountable for preparing and updating accurate project status reports, for which you’ll work closely with the client to reconcile discrepancies.
