What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including regional, field or demand generation roles, Proven experience delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue, hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM and a marketing automation platform (e. g. Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, HubSpot), Confident working closely with Sales leaders and revenue teams, analytical mindset — comfortable with metrics, dashboards and performance reporting, Fluent English and German (both required)

Nice to Have

Experience with ABM, paid media, webinars and field marketing, Exposure to automotive, dealer, franchise or complex B2B ecosystems, Experience with modern revenue marketing models and attribution, Dutch and/or French language skills

Team & Collaboration

Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing; Partner closely with regional Sales leadership, AEs and BDRs; Align on target accounts, territories and priorities

Manage events end‑to‑end, from planning and execution to follow‑up and pipeline tracking
