What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including regional, field or demand generation roles, Proven experience delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue, hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM and a marketing automation platform (e. g. Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, HubSpot), Confident working closely with Sales leaders and revenue teams, analytical mindset — comfortable with metrics, dashboards and performance reporting, Fluent English and German (both required)

Nice to Have

Experience with ABM, paid media, webinars and field marketing, Exposure to automotive, dealer, franchise or complex B2B ecosystems, Experience with modern revenue marketing models and attribution, Dutch and/or French language skills

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll translate global strategy into market‑relevant programmes that generate pipeline, accelerate sales, and support revenue growth. You’ll be the marketing lead for the region, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.
