Must Have
Proven experience in field marketing or regional marketing within B2B (technology, SaaS, or professional services preferred)., track record of executing demand generation, events, and sales-aligned field programs., Experience working closely with sales teams and aligning marketing activity to pipeline and revenue goals., Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills., organizational skills with experience managing multiple campaigns, events, and priorities simultaneously., Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) programs., Experience working in a regional or multi-country market (North America highly preferred).
What You'll Do.
Own and deliver regional marketing strategy and execution across North America in support of revenue growth
and regional go-to-market priorities.
Translate global and regional marketing strategy into high-impact
locally relevant field marketing programs aligned to sales targets and pipeline goals.
Own the North America region marketing plan
aligned to global and regional GTM priorities
sales targets and pipeline objectives.
Localize and execute global and regional campaigns for the North America market.
Manage end-to-end execution of regional marketing initiatives to drive demand
Support and execute multi-channel demand generation programs across North America.
Plan and execute North America regional marketing events.
Support and execute ABM programs targeting priority North America accounts.
Act as the primary regional marketing partner for North America sales teams.
Own and manage all North America regional marketing activity within the marketing project management tool.
Deliver monthly performance reporting covering campaign and event status
Analyze performance quarterly with internal stakeholders and identify optimization opportunities.

Operates as an embedded member of the Global Geo & Regional Marketing team.; Works in close partnership with regional sales and global marketing functions.; Works cross-functionally with Portfolio Marketing, Campaign Operations, Marketing Operations, Web, Creative, Content, and Social teams.; Ensures continuous alignment between marketing and sales throughout the funnel.; Participates in agreed sales and marketing forums.; Analyzes performance with internal stakeholders.
Process & Methodology
Manage end-to-end execution of regional marketing initiatives., Own event timelines, logistics, vendors, budgets, and stakeholder communications., Ensure post-event follow-up, reporting, and sales handover are completed effectively., Own and manage all North America regional marketing activity within the marketing project management tool (e.g. Asana), including task creation and prioritization, clear ownership, timelines, and dependencies, regular status updates and risk visibility., Ensure field marketing execution is transparent, prioritized, and aligned with agreed plans.
