## Description Are you passionate about marketing, technology, and growth? We're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead Minders' marketing strategy across Brasil, strengthen our brand, and drive regional growth. If you love building, innovating, and creating impact, keep reading. 👇 ## Responsabilities Own and coordinate all marketing initiatives for the Brazilian market, including campaigns, partnerships, field marketing, and regional activations. Translate global positioning, messaging, and creative assets into culturally relevant execution for Brazil while preserving brand consistency. Manage the Brazilian events strategy end-to-end, including planning, venue coordination, logistics, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up. Build and maintain relationships with strategic local partners, media outlets, communities, and industry associations. Collaborate closely with Sales to improve pipeline quality, campaign alignment, and regional feedback loops. Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure local initiatives are integrated into broader GTM priorities. Monitor and report on Brazilian market performance, campaign results, and regional business insights to the CMO. Support localized paid media, content distribution, and regional brand awareness initiatives.
