Must Have
6+ years of experience across demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, or generalist marketing roles, commercial acumen and experience aligning marketing strategy to pipeline and revenue outcomes, Experience operating cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations, Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior sales or regional leadership, Experience supporting or executing local events, field marketing initiatives, or customer activations, Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive optimization and decision-making, Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes across distributed teams

About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to act as the strategic marketing lead for a region, partnering closely with the Regional General Manager to drive market growth, pipeline generation, and customer engagement. In this role, you will translate global positioning and company priorities into effective regional go-to-market strategies tailored to local market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive conditions. You’ll operate as a highly cross-functional marketer with ownership across positioning, demand generation, campaign strategy, local events, and regional execution. You will serve as the voice of the market — helping ensure central marketing efforts are relevant and effective locally while influencing broader strategy through customer and market insights. This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who combines strong strategic judgment with hands-on execution and thrives in fast-moving, matrixed organizations.
