What They're Looking For.

Must Have

6+ years of experience across demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, or generalist marketing roles, commercial acumen and experience aligning marketing strategy to pipeline and revenue outcomes, Experience operating cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations, Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior sales or regional leadership, Experience supporting or executing local events, field marketing initiatives, or customer activations, Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive optimization and decision-making, Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes across distributed teams

Nice to Have

Experience supporting both SMB and Enterprise go-to-market motions, Background in multi-region or localized marketing strategy, Experience partnering closely with sales leadership or regional GMs, Familiarity with direct response, lifecycle, and multi-channel demand generation programs, Experience in high-growth environments, Experience in the healthcare industry and/or medical marketing
