Must Have
7 to 10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, substantial time spent in field, regional, or GTM-focused roles, Proven success building a brand from scratch in an underdeveloped market, understanding of the NORAM B2B buying cycle, clear history of owning pipeline contribution as a core success metric, ability to operate across timezones with a remote HQ, define problems, progress the plan independently
Nice to Have
Experience in the mining, resources, or infrastructure technology sectors, Exposure to partner/channel marketing, Spanish/Portuguese language skills for the LATAM market
