Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field, 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical services, CRO/CDMO, laboratory products, or scientific services, 3+ years of experience in regional marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or commercial marketing leadership, Proven ability to develop and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable business impact, experience with sales alignment, funnel management, events, campaign analytics, and performance reporting, Ability to translate complex scientific or technical offerings into clear customer value propositions, Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management, and leadership skills

Nice to Have

Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or marketing, Experience marketing to pharma, biotech, academia, government, CROs, or translational research customers, Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
