strengthen Razorpay’s presence in the offline payments and POS ecosystem
building relationships with merchants

Formulate and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to drive merchant acquisition and scale Razorpay POS device deployment across retail
and scale a high-performing team of territory and area sales managers to consistently exceed regional revenue and portfolio growth quotas
Drive end-to-end accountability for the region's P&L
optimizing customer acquisition costs and maximizing device active rates and transaction volumes
Establish and leverage strategic relationships with key channel partners
and enterprise clients to unlock new offline payment opportunities
Analyze market trends
