What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Technical or equivalent discipline, Minimum of 5 years working experience in progressive leadership positions, Experience in end-to-end supply chain management, Demonstrated results in driving cross-functional improvements, Proven ability to drive meaningful business change through influence, Quantitative skills and ability to analyze supply chain management problems, Ability to travel up to 25%
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP IBP/APO or similar supply chain planning tools, APICS Supply Chain Certification, Green Belt Certification
What You'll Do.
Manage a team of Supply Chain Analysts
Onboard Distributors to receive supply
Manage Distributor inventory replenishment from FCs
Collaborate with Supply Planning Team
Act as subject matter expert for inventory replenishment
Engage with IT & Supply Chain counterparts
Collaborate with stakeholders to build core planning processes
Develop and monitor Fulfillment Centers and Distributor KPIs
Drive improvement and recovery activities
Provide thought leadership in identifying areas of opportunity
Build and develop team of analysts
Coach and mentor analysts
Collaborate with Distributors to resolve inventory issues
Adjust inventory settings/targets
Drive enhancement of processes
Work closely with Supply Planning Team
Ensure inventory needs are met
Communicate constraints to Distributors
Analyze supply and demand imbalances
Facilitate resolution throughout the supply chain
Perform other related duties as assigned

Join us! # **Job Summary** Under general direction, the Regional Manager, Inventory Replenishment leads a core component of Interstate Batteries (IB) transformed supply chain model – efficient management and replenishment of Fulfillment Center (FC) and Distributor inventories to maximize product availability, ensure customer satisfaction, and enable sales growth. This role will lead a team and collaborate with key stakeholders (internal & external) in execution of inventory replenishment activities and is expected to provide thought leadership in development of key processes, metrics, KPIs, etc. This leader will also drive continuous improvement activities to foster on-going maturity of IB’s inventory replenishment processes and tools. # # **Key Responsibilities** * Manages a team of Supply Chain Analysts including: * Onboarding & initial setup of Distributors to receive supply from FCs. * On-going management of Distributor inventory replenishment from the FCs. * Collaboration with Supply Planning Team in achieving forecast accuracy/attainment. * Acts as subject matter expert for inventory replenishment processes & activities (including pull replenishment inventory concepts and calculations) in FCs and between FCs and Distributors. * Engages with IT & Supply Chain counterparts in identification of system capabilities & requirements to support FC and Distributor inventory management/replenishment. * Collaborates with Supply Chain Transformation, Planning & Inventory, and IT team stakeholders to build core
