What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field, 4 years of experience in the job offered, manufacturing, production, distribution environment, or related field, 4 years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques, 4 years of experience with the full lifecycle including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and termination, 4 years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, 4 years of program or project management experience, 4 years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership, 4 years of experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization, 4 years of experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

What You'll Do.

Own quality strategy across multiple sites

Achieve network quality goals

Manage multiple ICQA teams

Ensure a safe work environment

Support safety programs and compliance

Own ICQA execution goals and count strategy

Drive continuous improvement in ICQA productivity

Ensure compliance and consistency with SOX

Own ICQA labor planning process

Audit and inspect FC level labor plans

Escalate discrepancies to Senior Manager

Measure quality and inventory integrity

Provide quality assurance feedback

Review and analyze customer complaints

Develop action plans to reduce incidents

Assign and direct work

Participate in quality initiatives

Lead quality initiatives

Organize quality management plans

Deliver reports to Directors and VPs

Identify root causes of inventory deviation

Partner with regional director

Ensure FCs implement actions

Mentor Operations Manager(s)

Provide guidance and insights

Drive process improvements

Reduce employee turnover

Complete monthly RQM sync

Align on FCs quality focus

Influence objectives of ICQA manager

Own Regional/Site Quality Benchmark Audit Program

Implement action plans

Apply high standards to ideas

Collaborate with team members

Influence team members

Work with development teams

Work with other business groups

Present projects to senior leadership

Build new initiatives

Execute new initiatives

Compile weekly project metrics

Manage weekly project metrics

Report on weekly project metrics

Lead high-profile meetings
