Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field, Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate or related professional services industry, Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving revenue targets in a multi-market environment, Leadership and team management skills with experience developing and retaining high-performing talent, Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, Deep understanding of commercial real estate markets, including leasing, capital markets, property management, and advisory services, Experience with budget development, financial analysis, and strategic planning processes, Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships while driving business development initiatives
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Real Estate, or equivalent professional designation), 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate with at least 5 years in regional or multi-market leadership roles, Professional certifications such as CCIM, SIOR, CRE, or similar industry credentials, Experience working with global or national commercial real estate firms, Proven success in mergers and acquisitions, market expansion, or new service line development, Analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools
