This key leadership offers an exciting opportunity for a leader who enjoys building strong community connections while delivering consistent, high quality outcomes across multiple locations. **About the role** Reporting to the General Manager of Store Operations, this role plays a key part in shaping performance, culture and capability across Victoria. As Regional Manager, you’ll provide clear direction and support to align priorities across the region, contribute strategically to the division’s vision and broader business agenda, and ensure operational excellence is delivered every day. You’ll lead, coach and empower a team of Site Managers, creating a positive, inclusive and high performing environment that supports growth and development. This is a strategic and hands on leadership role, well suited to someone who values collaboration, builds strong relationships, leads through change with confidence, and delivers outstanding customer, safety and commercial outcomes.
