What You'll Do.
Oversee operations of housing community portfolio
Manage all phases of operations
Document personnel actions adequately
Communicate with direct supervisor and HR
Prepare request for salary increase
Assist with other team members
Sign off on all requests from the site
Identify trends and recommend strategies
Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts
Provide monthly written evaluation of income/expense
Provide Capital improvement suggestions
Monitor all proposals and contracts
Check work in progress
Ensure proper response to property emergencies
Manage excellent customer service
Monitor service request turnaround
Maintain property appearance
Ensure repairs are completed timely
Plan and utilize property resources economically
Give direction to maintenance activities
Monitor construction activities
Ensure quality and expediency of rehabilitation
