What You'll Do.
Oversee housing community portfolio operations
Manage financial operations
Administer personnel files
Document personnel actions adequately
Communicate with direct supervisor
Terminate employees appropriately
Prepare salary increase requests
Assist with team member requests
Sign off on site requests
Provide counseling statements
Provide written evaluations
Provide salary requests for review
Document regional actions adequately
Communicate with Regional Director
Identify operational trends
Recommend strategies and adjustments
Develop yearly operating budgets
Develop yearly forecasts
Provide monthly written evaluation of income

Suggest capital improvements
